On the consolidation of each educational institution in the district into districts and micro-districts in order to attract school-age children to compulsory education

On September 16, 2019, the district governor issued a decree “On school age
On Amendments to the Resolution No. 5119 "On Attachment of Each Educational Institution in the Territory and Micro-Territories in order to Involve Children in Compulsory Education"

In order to improve the normative and legal documents on the organization of general secondary education, taking into account the modern requirements for general secondary education, to ensure the integral connection of general secondary education with secondary special, vocational education, the Department of Public Education of Oltiariq district
Letter No. 116 and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In accordance with paragraph 39 of Chapter 5 of the Regulation and Articles 6.25 of the Law on Local Government, approved by the Resolution No. 140 of March 15, 2017 "On approval of the Regulation on general secondary education",


I DECIDE:

1. To accept the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from March 15, 2017 of No. 140 "About approval of the Situation on general secondary education" for management and execution.
2. To approve the address of Department of Public Education of Altyaryksky area from July 4, 2020 of No. 116 "About connection of each educational institution in the area to territories and microregions for the purpose of involvement of school-age children in compulsory education".
3. To take into account the establishment of a new secondary school No. 43 in Altiyarik district, as well as the location of buildings IDUM 3 and IDUM 4 in the new territory.
4. To approve changes according to the table in the appendix on connection of educational institutions subordinated to department of public education of the district in territories and microregions.
5. To the press service of the district khokimiyat (F.Mahmudov) and the newspaper "Davr ovozi" (A.Khonkeldiev) to officially publish this decision in the mass media of the district and the official
recommended to post on the website.
6. Control of execution of this resolution to assign to the deputy khokim of the area A.Islamov and the head of department of public education of the area Z.Latipov.
